We stock a large range of Pyzel surfboards here at Down the Line Surf, but if you are looking for something more personal then why not design a custom Pyzel for yourself. Our board builder allows you to customize the dimensions, construction, fin set up and the visual look of your custom board with ease.

Our Board Builder also gives you access to every surfboard in the Pyzel range, even those that are not currently in our racks. We stock as many Pyzel surfboards as physically possible, but we only have so much room. Models like the Radius Prime, Happy Twin, Crisis Twin, Puerto Padi, Shadow and many more are all available in our custom builder even if they are not currently in our boardroom.

Some board models have the option for a completely different fin set up

You can change the stock dims to suit your own personal preference, maybe trim down the thickness a little for more responsiveness or add a bit of volume for easier paddling. You can add reinforcements such as using S-cloth for the glassing which is a bit tougher and more resilient to pressure dings than standard E-cloth. There is also the option for carbon tail patches which add a little more strength around the tail, this is a good option for surfers who are heavy on the backfoot.
